Rider FAQ
Download the WHIILZ app from the App Store or Google Play, create your free account, enter your pickup location and destination, and tap "Request Ride." You'll be matched with a nearby wheelchair accessible vehicle in minutes.
Driver FAQ
You must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver's license for 3+ years, pass a background check, and own or lease a wheelchair accessible vehicle (WAV) that meets ADA standards. You'll also need to complete our certified training program.
